The Norwegian had been sidelined since early December through injury and has been through a slow rehabilitation to full recovery. The news of both De Bruyne and Haaland's returns will be worrying for the Premier League. Without two of their star men for a combined 191 days, Guardiola's side have kept chase in the title race and sit five points behind leaders Liverpool. The Catalan looks set to go toe to toe with his fierce rival Jurgen Klopp once again this season, in what will be the German's last shot at glory at Anfield.

Despite missing five league games through injury, Haaland still tops the Premier League scoring charts with 14 goals to his name. Liverpool's Mohamed Salah sits alongside the Norwegian with the same tally, although he finds himself facing a spell out injured.
